Return Policy
We recognize that when you are buying a dress online, often you don't have the opportunity to try it on and it may not meet your expectations. So, we have instituted a return policy that we think is the most generous return policy for prom dresses on the internet. Many sites will claim that they do returns, but when you read the fine print you find that there are very limited situations for which it applies and does not apply to special orders. Our return policy is simple .
Online Orders Only
You may return a dress for store credit only (no refunds) for the full amount of the dress minus a 20% restocking fee on the amount of the dress and minus any shippings costs you may have paid. In addition we will deduct another $30 to cover additional shipping and handling charges. Store credit must be used all at one time on a dress of equal or greater value of the total credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date we issue the credit.
1) Email us within 48 hours of delivery to request a Return. We will send a UPS call tag which means UPS will bring a label and pick up the dress. Just have it boxed up and ready to go.
2) Upon inspection of the item and verification that it is in original condition with tags attached, we will email you a coupon code for the amount of the credit. Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date we issue the credit.
You may return one dress only once each 6 months. If you order multiple dresses within the 6 month period only one can be returned.
We don't do "exchanges" because this is too complicated due to wear dates and timing issues. Exchanges can be handled through our return policy.
Returned items must be in original new condition with tags still attached.
Return Policy does not apply to orders shipped outside the United States. All orders shipped outside the United States are Final Sales - no returns, credit, or refund..
Return Policy does not apply to customers who buy a dress on Layaway - no returns, store credit, or refund. This is because we are holding the dress for that particular customer and don't have the opportunity to sell the dress to someone else.
***ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN PURCHASED OFF-LINE FROM OUR PHYSICAL STORE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WAS ABLE TO TRY ON THE DRESS BEFORE BUYING.******
Once an order is processed or the order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be canceled and is subject to our return policy.
